We are seeking a dynamic Digital Enablement Lead to join our Clinical Operations team and help us transform digital health solutions.

The Digital Enablement Lead will play a crucial role in deploying, managing, and optimizing digital health tools and platforms that support our clinical operations. This position is responsible for spearheading digital transformation initiatives, ensuring seamless integration of digital solutions, and enhancing operational efficiencies across clinical programs.

Key Responsibilities:
 

  • Advancing Digital Health: Align digital strategies with operational goals, creating a supportive environment for the adoption and scaling of digital solutions. Leverage both internal and external partnerships to enhance our digital presence and impact.

  • Optimizing Processes: Conduct thorough analyses to identify and implement opportunities for process improvements. Utilize cutting-edge digital tools to boost productivity and efficiency in clinical operations.

  • Data-Driven Decision-Making: Develop and maintain comprehensive data pipelines that incorporate KPIs, stakeholder feedback, AARs, and performance dashboards. Use these pipelines to evaluate the success of digital initiatives and provide insights into strategic impacts and emerging trends.

  • Engaging Collaboratively with Stakeholders: Partner with cross-functional teams—including clinical development, data management, R&D technology, and regulatory affairs—to ensure that digital health initiatives are robust, compliant, and impactful.

  • Managing Change: Design and execute change management strategies, training programs, and workshops to empower clinical staff in effectively integrating and utilizing digital tools and systems.

  • Digital Business Leadership: Collaborate with technology vendors to ensure seamless implementation and continuous support of digital health solutions. Manage performance, corrective, and preventive actions (CAPA), and align with preferred vendors to streamline workflows and enhance external capability-building efforts.

  • Digital Regulatory Compliance: Develop digital health solutions emphasizing audit readiness and regulatory compliance. Support Global Process Owners (GPOs) and functional leads in maintaining comprehensive documentation for efficient audit processes.

  • Digital Thought Leader and Industry Consortia Engagement: Actively participate in industry consortia to share insights and accelerate adoption rates. Contribute to industry dialogues and publications to position the organization as a thought leader, influencing the future direction of digital health advancements.

Basic Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences, Information Technology, Data Science, or related field. Advanced degree or certifications in digital health or informatics preferred.

  • Proven experience in digital health initiatives within clinical operations or a related field (5-7 years preferred).

  • Strong background in managing digital transformation projects in healthcare settings.

  • Expertise in digital tools and technologies with a focus on process optimization.

  • Familiarity with data analytics, establishing KPIs, and performance dashboards.

  • Knowledge of compliance requirements and regulations in clinical settings.

  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

  • Strong project management capabilities, including change management.

  • High proficiency in collaboration and teamwork across cross-functional groups.

  • Effective communication skills, both verbal and written.

  • Leadership abilities with demonstrated experience in industry consortia participation.
