We are currently looking for an experienced First Line Sales Leader to lead field sales force to meet area business objectives and establish GSK as the customer’s key partner and advisor.
Key Responsibilities:
• Build a comprehensive knowledge of GSK corporate, business and brand strategies and encourages the MRs to leverage their knowledge to create greater customer value
• Build capability to assess the area’s performance and develop a situation analysis which leads to the development of actionable insights to drive the performance of GSK Brands
• Develop cross functional region business plans, based on insight, that inspire and drive alignment of objectives, strategies and tactics through the team
• Lead the region sales organization to achieve performance objectives and through periods of change demonstrating winning leadership behaviours
• Build sales organizational capability through the development and management of talent through robust personal development planning

Minimum 2 years of experience in the same professional/leadership experience or 6+ years of experience handling multiple/different TAs
• Consistently deliver strong performance over time.
• Strong commercial acumen, able to implement and drive excellent business plans & execution
• High sense of accountability, personal resilience and strong agility with positive mindset
• Analytical thinking and strong influencing skills
• Strong leadership and leading teams
