Job Purpose


The Marketing Associate, Vaccines – Intern will work closely with other Vaccine marketers and will work collaboratively with the wider cross-functional team. In this role, you will be responsible for supporting the execution of HCP marketing activities including market research and insight gathering, internal communications, and development of training and promotional materials.

Details (Your Responsibilities): 

  • Provide critical support organizing and implementing the annual strategic planning process with cross-functional partners.

  • Assist in the development and execution of promotional tactics through sales activities and digital channels.

  • Prepare reports by gathering insights from market research, sales data, activity metrics, and other sources to make tactical recommendations.

  • Support initiatives to develop and communicate guidance for new strategic initiatives, sales materials, new promotional tools, and resources around key events & activities.

  • Support a team of Product Managers with key day-to-day activities to support brand strategies and stakeholders across the organization.

Basic Qualifications: 
We are looking for professionals with these required skills:

  • Currently in a Bachelor’s degree program in science or business

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint & Word).

  • Strong sense of accountability, organization and desire to achieve positive results.

  • Strong project management skills including coordinating with internal and external colleagues and delivering high-quality projects on time. 

  • Strong sense of curiosity to critically examine opportunities and self-starter to gather insights, drive decisions with a bias towards action.

  • Demonstrate problem-solving skills and learning agility. Motivated to grow and understands how to leverage resources to support their development.

  • Excellent written communication and presentation skills.

Preferred Qualifications: 

  • Bilingualism (English/French). 

  • Experience in marketing, advertising or digital
