The Payroll Team Lead for Brasil is responsible for overseeing the payroll management and related processes, ensuring accurate calculations and compliance, strict adherence to labor legislation and supervising personnel providing guidance to teams.  The Payroll Team Lead will actively engage in process and system improvement projects and address complex human resources issues.

Your Responsibilities:     

This role gives YOU the opportunity to lead key activities to progress YOUR career, the main of these are:

  • Lead payroll management and related processes, processing key payroll calculations, auditing, and social security contributions.

  • Developing and implementing strategies to enhance compensation and benefits policies.

  • Conducting critical analysis of labor legislation, resolving complex human resources-related issues to ensure compliance.

  • Actively participate in the implementation of integrated HR management systems.

  • Represent the company in higher-level matters related to personnel administration.

  • Drive continuous improvement in personnel administration processes.

Basic Qualifications:

We are looking for professionals with these characteristics to achieve our goals:

  • Degree in Business Administration and/or Accounting / Finance.

  • Expertise in payroll processing, compliance standards and labor legislation for Brazil.

  • Proven experience in managing vendor relationships and ensuring contract compliance.

  • Proven experience leading payroll teams.

  • Portuguese and English proficiency.

Preferred Experience:

However, if you have the following, it would be a plus:

  • Previous experience in payroll transformation processes.
