Territory Manager, HIV Prevention - Injectables

Join ViiV Healthcare and Be Part of the Future of HIV Prevention!

Are you ready to make a real impact? At ViiV Healthcare, we’re not just another pharmaceutical company—we’re the only global specialist HIV company 100% dedicated to researching and delivering breakthrough medicines for people living with, and at risk for, HIV. Our mission is clear: to push boundaries, drive innovation, and work tirelessly until HIV/AIDS is eradicated.

We don’t just treat HIV; we take a holistic approach—collaborating with communities, improving access to care, and championing education and prevention. Our culture is fast-paced, diverse, inclusive, and deeply mission-driven. If you’re passionate about making a difference and thrive in an environment where you can take bold actions, ViiV Healthcare is the place for you.

About the Role: Territory Manager (HIV Prevention)

We’re looking for a dynamic, results-driven Territory Manager to join our team! Reporting to the National Sales Director, you’ll be at the forefront of launching new HIV prevention solutions, working with healthcare professionals (HCPs) to integrate innovative strategies that enhance patient care. You’ll need to think big, adapt fast, and be ready to challenge the status quo.

What Youll Do:

  • Identify care gaps, local barriers, and key customer needs to drive strategic objectives.

  • Optimize the patient journey by developing creative partnerships and solutions that align with HCP and patient needs.

  • Craft and execute tailored account plans that help HCPs expand their prevention models.

  • Take ownership and make quick, impactful decisions while maintaining a strategic vision.

  • Embrace ambiguity in a launch environment—be the problem solver and change agent.

  • Engage with HCPs, nurses, and administrators to address clinical, organizational, and financial opportunities within target accounts.

  • Work cross-functionally with marketing, medical, and community teams to deliver a seamless customer experience.

  • Utilize digital and virtual engagement tools to provide timely and valuable information to HCPs.

What Were Looking For:

  • Bachelor’s degree (minimum requirement)

  • 5+ years of pharmaceutical sales experience with a track record of success.

  • Strong strategic account management skills.

  • Experience creating and executing business plans with clear, measurable objectives.

  • Excellent planning, analytical, and problem-solving abilities.

  • Ability to collaborate effectively in a cross-functional, matrixed environment.

  • Top-notch communication skills—both written and oral.

  • Willingness to travel domestically as needed (including overnight stays).

  • Valid Driver’s License.

Bonus Points If You Have:

  • Knowledge of the HIV treatment and prevention landscape.

  • Experience launching new pharmaceutical products.

  • Background in working with HCPs on injectable product management.

  • Expertise in specialty areas like HIV, Hepatitis C, Hemophilia, or Sickle Cell Anemia.

  • A strong connection to the HIV community and a passion for long-acting injectables.

  • Understanding of how healthcare and community systems intersect.

Compliance, Accountabilities, and Values Based Culture:

  • Act in ways consistent with ViiV Healthcare’s culture, expectations, and values.

  • Escalate issues and risks when needed; display courage by ‘speaking up.’

  • Understand and follow key compliance and regulatory guidelines.

  • Communicate and collaborate with National Sales Director, fellow specialist representatives and cross-functional partners (marketing, medical, community etc.)

  • Report, timely, all adverse events identified during their activities in accordance with internal policies (including VH-CORP-400) and training, and any follow-up information received.

Why Join Us?

At ViiV Healthcare, you’re not just taking a job—you’re embracing a mission. You’ll work alongside passionate, driven professionals who are committed to making a tangible impact. Every day, you’ll help ensure that no person living with HIV is left behind. If you’re looking for a career with purpose, excitement, and the opportunity to change lives, this is it.
