Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute consumer marketing plan to increase disease awareness and consumers non-promotional actions with full understanding of consumer & patient insights

  • Have strong awareness and understanding of how to leverage channels to support the desired outcome and manages A&P budget accordingly

  • Identify and monitor metrics to assess performance and execution of critical activities.

  • Develop a media plan in line with brand strategy

  • Understand the external context and closely interact with key external stakeholders in order to identify consumer insights and execute plans

  • Interact closely with external media and creative agencies to ensure clear understanding and implementation of marketing plans

  • Ensure all business activities comply with the relevant Acts, legal demands, and ethical standards

Basic Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree

  • 7+ years’ experience in (consumer) marketing

  • Ability to conceive, develop, and execute multi-dimensional consumer marketing and/or business plans

  • Excellent communication skills in English (written & verbal), with the ability to communicate and present effectively to groups

  • Have a strong governance mindset to assess potential risks for the performance and ensure a solid mitigation plan and performance tracking in place.

Preferred qualifications

  • Experience of leading campaign targeting consumers is highly preferred

  • Experience in consumer marketing in healthcare, pharma or related industry (consumer healthcare, cosmetic health, supplement, digital health) as brand/product manager

  • Knowledge of Korea vaccine market dynamics and characteristics

  • Strong communication and influencing skills with the ability to work collaboratively with key stake holders

  • Ability to work in a complex and regulated environment
