Your Responsibilities:
We have an exciting opportunity for a Finance Planning & Forecast Analyst to be part of our brand-new Finance Hub in Malaysia. Providing planning & forecasting support to a variety of stakeholders across different markets in APAC, this role is fantastic opportunity to develop your business partnering skills and develop your career. Working within our technology enabled finance hub in KL, you will help manage the preparation of in-market forecasts, prepare monthly management reports and other complex activities.

This includes but is not limited to:
• Provide support to the commercial business units and leadership teams with the preparation of finance plans
• Responsible for the preparation of the monthly Operational, Advertising and Promotion expenses
• Accountable for creating, updating and maintaining financial models to provide detailed monthly and quarterly forecasts for the market Core Commercial Cycle
• Perform an analytical review of performance vs budgets and forecasts with recommendations of improvements going forward
• Understand the link between plan & actuals, analyse variations and partner with the business to define future growth plans
• Preparing internal management reports for executive leadership and supporting their decision making
• Completing ad-hoc reporting requests from in-market finance teams

Basic qualifications:
As our new Finance Planning & Forecasting Analyst you:
• Are a University educated (Bachelor’s Degree) in Finance, Accountancy, Business, Economics, IT.
• Have experience in Financial Planning/Budgeting, preferably in a multinational company.
• Have expertise in creating or extracting information from/to excel and use of advanced formulas.
• Proficient financial knowledge of analysis, evaluation, modelling and forecasting with strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
