The Investigation & Process Improvement Specialist assures the overall quality and effectiveness of the deviation, CAPA and complaints within Production and ensures best practices are in place and in use, seeks for continuous improvement. Ensures capabilities buildup within relevant parties through effective coaching and monitoring.

In this role you will

  • Ensure suitable management of deviation and investigation and adherence to due date
  • Responsible to manage deviation through adequate root cause analysis and identification of effective CAPAs, working in collaboration with all parties involved in Deviation and CAPA management (MSAT, maintenance, engineering, operations)
  • Co-responsible with Production Departments for the progressive reduction of deviation through adequate root cause analysis and implementation of effective CAPA
  • Ensure adequate KPI and governance are in place and in use to monitor, track and drive progress (i.e. human errors, recurrent deviations, deviation overdue, CAPA overdue, CAPA effectiveness checks)
  • Support audits preparation and be the “deviation fronter” during inspections

Why you?

Basic Qualifications and skills:

  • University degree in Chemical/Pharmaceutical/Engineering/Biotech
  • Several years’ experience in production processes, deviation & CAPA management in pharmaceutical company
  • Ability to work cross-functionally
  • Problem solving mindset
  • English proficiency

Preferred Qualifications and skills:

  • Black Belt certification
  • Deep knowledge in sterile process
