PMO Manager, Regulatory Platform Innovation will play a crucial role in ensuring that projects within the Regulatory Platform Innovation team and wider Global Reg Ops organisation are planned, executed and completed successfully.
Additionally, the Manager will work closely with the PMO Director to drive alignment with PMO standards, processes and methodologies to drive consistency, efficiency and quality.

At PMO level:
Implement project management best practises and methodology within the PMO. Assist in the development and improvement of PMO processes and tools
Provide guidance support and mentorship to project team members. Coach/Mentor teams on Agile best practise as needed
Partner with the PMO Director to drive alignment, coordinating PMO processes such as Status Reporting, Risk and Issues management, Dependency management, Resource allocation, and more
Ensure PMO process adherence for intake, analysis and prioritization of new work based on value.
Establish key metrics and KPIs for evaluation of project performance and conduct retrospectives as needed. Identify areas of improvement and advise on corrective actions if needed.
At Project level:
Identify, engage and drive set-up of project teams. Ensure teams are aligned on goals and objectives
Support teams to understand project outcomes and to decompose Requirements (from Features to User Story) and agree delivery approach
Collaborate with team members to develop and maintain realistic roadmaps/plans with agreed deliverables, ensuring alignment across systems, data, process and people.
Track and monitor project progress, identify and address issues or risks and manage dependencies
Track project budgets, financial forecasts and resource allocation
Ensure project deliverables meet quality standards and stakeholder expectations. Partner with GSK quality and Tech teams as needed
Communicate project status issues and risks to stakeholders and senior management
Develop and maintain strong relationships with the Regulatory Systems and Innovations teams, GRO Leadership Team, as well as key stakeholder groups such as the wider GRA team, other R&D teams, R&D Tech and Manufacturing organizations
Lead project meetings/agile ceremonies as needed – These may include kick-off, status updates, iteration planning, iteration demos, retrospectives and project closure meetings
Ensure compliance with relevant GSK regulations, policies and standards.
Partner with Process, Data and Business Change teams as needed to ensure seamless delivery

Basic Qualifications:
We are looking for professionals with these required skills to achieve our goals:
Academic Degree or/and 5 years of project management experience
Service/customer-oriented attitude and ability to interact effectively with all levels of personnel in a matrix environment.
Possesses a digital mindset embracing technology/tools as a catalyst for innovation, efficiency and growth
Focuses on value - Identifies and prioritizes work based on value to the company
Has strong sense of urgency, able to effectively prioritize such that key issues or emerging high priority matters are handled in a timely and effective way.
Experience of delivering projects (System, Data, Process, People) and working with different methodologies as needed
Proven aptitude for defining realistic and achievable plans. Excellent attention to detail and commitment to deliver high quality output, even under pressure.
Knowledge and experience of project management tools (E.g. Smartsheet, MS Project, JIRA).
Ideally holds Project Management or Scaled Agile certifications (e.g. PMP, PRINCE, PO/PM)
Knowledge and experience of Regulatory operations and/or software delivery lifecycle
