As a Customer Marketing Manager, you will lead the development and execution of brand strategies, marketing plans, and promotional activities for GSK's portfolio, including both current and upcoming products. In this role, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and effective execution of initiatives that drive business growth and support public health objectives.

Key responsibilities:

1. Brand Strategy & Planning:

  • Develop and implement comprehensive brand plans that align with the company’s business objectives and the needs of the vaccine market.
  • Conduct market analyses to assess the competitive landscape, identify customer insights, and stay ahead of emerging trends.
  • Regularly review brand performance and make strategic adjustments to achieve targets.

2. Marketing Execution:

  • Lead the planning and execution of omnichannel marketing campaigns across digital and traditional platforms.
  • Develop and manage promotional materials while ensuring compliance with regulatory standards.
  • Work closely with field teams to ensure successful deployment of tools and training materials for healthcare professionals.

3. Stakeholder Management:

  • Collaborate with internal teams, including medical, regulatory, omnichannel, and commercial, to ensure cohesive brand messaging.
  • Build and maintain relationships with key opinion leaders (KOLs) and healthcare professionals (HCPs) to drive engagement and advocacy.
  • Partner with global and regional teams to leverage best practices and ensure alignment with broader organizational goals.

4. Budget Management:

  • Manage the marketing budget efficiently to maximize return on investment (ROI).
  • Monitor sales forecasts and financial performance, providing regular updates on budget variances.

5. Performance Tracking:

  • Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of marketing initiatives.
  • Conduct post-campaign analysis and use data-driven insights to optimize future strategies.

6. Compliance:

  • Ensure all marketing activities comply with internal policies and external regulations.
  • Stay informed about industry guidelines and regulatory changes related to vaccine marketing.

Basic Qualifications:

We are looking for professionals with these required skills to achieve our goals:

  • Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy, Medicine.
  • Minimum of 4 years of experience in brand management, preferably within the pharmaceutical or healthcare sector. ​

Preferred Qualifications:

If you have the following characteristics, it would be a plus:

  • Deep understanding of the pharmaceutical market and its regulatory environment.
  • Proven experience in creating and executing successful marketing strategies and campaigns.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong analytical and strategic thinking abilities.
  • Proficiency in digital marketing and experience with CRM tools.
  • Ability to work in a collaborative, team-oriented environment
