Mission
As a member of our team, you will:
Be based on the Manufacturing site of Aranda de Duero, in the production area of MDIs that it is currently supplying worldwide.
The trainee program has got 3 main purposes:
1. Show to the select person a pharmaceutical production environment working under a heavily regulated environment & that it is “best in class” in safety-quality-productivity.
2. Develop its capacities and knowledges to bring the person into a working culture of high-level objectives.
3. Could identify persons with talent that could be recruital in a nearly future by GSK.
Specific functions to develop during the training:
- Work near the FLLs and Technical department in the management & control of the MDI Manufacturing lines.
- Collaborate in the investigations of deviations & customer complaints.
- Support the elaboration of quality documentation.
- Participate in continuous improvement projects of the site, GSK, the obsolescence program of the MDI Manufacturing lines.
- Management of data from different software/databases, that will help to take decisions.
- Base on the capacities shown different transversal working activities will be demand, so communication & organization skills could be put into practice.
Requirements:
- University degree in Science or Engineering with an interest in industrial processes.
- Minimum English level: First Certificate or equivalent
- Positively value knowledge in Excel, Access, Word, Power BI, MS Teams.
