El objetivo principal de este rol es asegurar la entrega eficiente de los productos de GSK a los diversos centros de distribución a nivel nacional. Para lograrlo, mantendrás una comunicación constante y fluida con todo el equipo involucrado en este proceso, garantizando así un suministro continuo. Además, serás responsable de gestionar y supervisar las contrataciones que GSK/VIIV realice con las instituciones asignadas, fortaleciendo las relaciones con los principales tomadores de decisiones y alineando las estrategias de negocio para aumentar las ventas y la productividad de la cuenta. Finalmente, deberás estar familiarizado con los procesos institucionales y mantener actualizado el mapa de contactos dentro de las instituciones de tu territorio.

Tus responsabilidades:

Esta posición te da la oportunidad de liderar actividades claves para progresar TU carrera, las principales son:

  • Ejecutar y dar seguimiento a las entregas a centros de distribución y almacenes de cuentas centrales y cuentas a cargo.

  • Cumplir con las coberturas de los contratos al 120% y mapear necesidades, oportunidades y KPIs de las instituciones a cargo.

  • Alinear políticas y procedimientos entre el cliente y la empresa, y coordinar estrategias y acciones con equipos internos para alcanzar los objetivos.

  • Garantizar la ejecución de estrategias y tácticas que logren los objetivos de venta en las instituciones de salud.

  • Colaborar con el equipo de gobierno y otras áreas para asegurar herramientas que mantengan la operación del negocio.

  • Construir relaciones de confianza a largo plazo con tomadores de decisión e identificar riesgos, cambios y oportunidades para generar planes de acción.

¿Por qué TÚ?

Tus calificaciones:

  • Licenciatura en Negocios, Mercadotecnia o afines

  • Amplia experiencia en ventas gubernamentales o gestión de cuentas dentro de la industria farmacéutica 

  • Sólido conocimiento de los procesos y regulaciones de adquisición gubernamental 

  • Enfoque en cumplimiento y capacidad para trabajar de manera autónoma
