Essa posição ficará alocada no Rio de Janeiro/RJ.

O(a) Coordenador(a) de Planejamento Financeiro será responsável por coordenar a equipe de Gestão de Receita Líquida (NRM) com foco nas Unidades de Negócios de Medicamentos Gerais, Vacinas e SPC.

Implementará novas estratégias, identificará novas oportunidades, desenvolverá dashboards e fornecerá insights.

Atuará como parceiro das equipes de Parceiros Comerciais e Financeiros e será responsável pelo fechamento financeiro mensal, garantindo conformidade, governança adequada e que as provisões e reversões sejam feitas corretamente.

Suas Responsabilidades:
 

Esse cargo dá a VOCÊ a oportunidade de liderar atividades chaves para progredir na SUA carreira, algumas delas são:

  • Será responsável pelo controle de Off invoice e On Invoice em relação a provisões, reversões e gestão de PnL, além de desenvolver e supervisionar políticas comerciais;

  • Atuação como parceiro das equipes comercial, trade marketing e marketing em estratégias, campanhas, preço ao paciente, rentabilidade e impacto no PnL.

  • Garantir o controle de crédito/débito dos distribuidores, focando em CDON e rentabilidade;

  • Desenvolvimento de dashboards, fornecimento de insights e novas estratégias de G2N, além de coordenação do processo de previsão de preços e números reais para todas as BU's;

  • Desenvolvimento e liderança de uma equipe de 3 pessoas, incluindo novos projetos para rota de mercado e estratégias de G2N;

  • Suporte local e global para nosso projeto de NRM, garantindo uma forte governança do processo.

  • Ensino Superior Completo em Finanças, Economia, Ciências Econômicas ou correlatas;

  • Experiência prévia nas atividades acima, principalmente em Planejamento Financeiro com interface com Trade Marketing e Comercial;

  • Liderança de equipes;

  • Inglês Avançado/Fluente.
