GSK Oncology/Haematology has a commitment to the discovery and development of new oncology/haematology therapies with the life-changing potential of helping patients with cancer, in four areas of cancer research: Cancer Epigenetics, Immuno-Oncology, Oncology Cell & Gene Therapy and Synthetic Lethality.
As the Haematology Key Account Manager, you will be responsible for the promotion of GSK licensed Haematology product(s) in the assigned territory.
Location: Field based worker in Norway.
We are hiring a Key Account Manager in Haematology, who will be responsible for leading the strategic approach across key target accounts to deliver uptake of our promoted medicines. As a Key Account Manager, you will be working closely with the cross functional team, and you will be accountable for generating appropriate use of GSK/ViiVs licensed assets in hospitals by providing Health Care Professionals (HCPs) with highly credible and engaging interactions on our promoted Haematology medicines. You will be accountable for the development and maintenance of strategic account plans to support the appropriate use of our medicines, working with the cross-functional team, ensuring overall coordination for a seamless customer experience.
The role involves responsibility for HCPs across Norway, which means that travel will be required. The position is not location-specific, and the successful candidate can be based anywhere in Norway.

Key responsibilities,
- Promote and detail the value of GSK Haematology product(s) to target HCPs, including but not limited to hospital physicians, nurses, pharmacists, local payors where applicable and any other relevant stakeholders with an impact on the prescribing of GSK Haematology licensed medications.
- Utilize business acumen to analyse insights, sales data, and market research to set strategic direction and explore tailored initiatives. Continuously review and analyse performance data, identifying trends and opportunities to drive competitiveness
- Work collaboratively with all functions to ensure successful launches and/or ongoing promotion of GSK Haematology products by develop and manage robust account plans.
- Collaborate with cross functional colleagues, to maximise account opportunities or overcome barriers to achieve successful account performance.
- Implement an omnichannel approach across face-to-face, digital, and multimedia touchpoints, ensuring alignment with customer preferences
- Build and maintain productive, professional relationships with customers and stakeholders to ensure the successful promotion of GSK licensed Haematology therapies.
Why you?
Basic Qualifications:
We are looking for professionals with these required skills to achieve our goals,
- Experienced as a therapeutic specialist/key account manager in the pharmaceutical industry (Industry Certifications (LMI) required), ideally most recent experience in a haematology hospital sales role/haematology.
- University Degree in Business, Science or similar fields.
- Proven promotional skills leading to consistent sales success.
- Strong account management skills, with experience in developing and executing cross-functional, multichannel plans
- Business acumen to analyse insights, sales data, and market research for strategic direction
- Experience with omnichannel approaches, including face-to-face, digital, and multimedia touchpoints
- Ability to develop local advocacy and coordinate hospital activities
- Fluent Norwegian and English language
- Driving licence is required
Preferred Qualifications:
If you have the following characteristics, it would be a plus,
- Good understanding of the science of Haematology products.
- Experience of having worked in the area of haematology, including most recent experience in a haematology hospital sales role.
- Experience with product launches in the hospital specialty care market.
- Understanding of relevant clinical key haematology stakeholders, haematology/cancer funding processes and the local healthcare system (including access and routes to market) for the assigned products.
