Objectif du poste

Le technicien à la documentation AQ maintient et développe les divers systèmes (informatique et papier) reliés à la gestion documentaire du site. Il assure également le support technique à la gestion et à la recherche documentaire.

Ce poste VOUS donnera l’occasion de diriger des activités importantes ce qui fera progresser VOTRE carrière. Le rôle comprend les responsabilités suivantes :

  • Assurer du bon fonctionnement du centre documentaire, gérer la circulation des documents et s’assurer de l’identification et du classement à l’intérieur du centre documentaire (de la pré-voûte à la voûte).

  • Agir comme gardien des systèmes de gestion documentaire via le système eSOP (les procédures, appendices, dossiers production et documents afférents), possède un rôle d’administrateur.

  • Procéder à l’amélioration des processus : Gemba terrain pour aider à la résolution de problématique, élabore et participe à la mise en place des CAPAs, rédactions des procédures site pour la gestion documentaire.

  • Gérer des projets (pour la gestion documentaire) – initiative locale (ex : implantation de nouveau module, architecture documentaire).  

  • Aider les utilisateurs eSOP du site pour tout problème rencontré

  • Soutenir les utilisateurs du site pour la mise en page des documents.

  • Faire la révision, correction, édition de divers documents BPF sous sa responsabilité en s’assurant que le document est en conformité avec les normes BPF établies.

  • Assurer le suivi, la traçabilité, la réconciliation ainsi que la numérisation des divers documents BPF sous sa responsabilité et faire la gestion de la mise en application des dates d’entrée en vigueur de ces documents.

  • Produire et assurer le suivi des tableaux descriptifs / comparatifs, des analyses de tendances, des rapports mensuels, annuels et des tableaux statistiques d’efficacité du suivi documentaire pour le département.

  • Préparer des présentations KPI documentation pour le Conseil qualité du Site.
