特定の大学病院や専門病院などにおいて、院内のプロトコールを作成する、また、GP担当のワクチンMRや他領域のMRと連携しながら、幅広い知識と交渉力、社内ステークホルダーを巻き込む能力、コーディネーターとしての能力を発揮して、ECOシステム等を通じて、地域へのワクチン接種の普及に貢献できる人材を募集致します。

主な診療科は循環器、糖尿病、腎臓内科です。

昨年6月に新組織として立ち上がり、ゼロからメンバー全員で作り上げている組織です。さらに活動の幅を広げて進化している部門になります。ぜひ、一緒に新しい歴史を作っていきましょう‼

1. 院内の各診療科におけるワクチンプロトコールの設立

2. 地域連携パス、各予防プロジェクト等のECOシステムへのワクチンの導入

3. 中核病院、医師会、自治体、等のステークホルダーを巻き込んだ戦略立案及び実行

4. 医療従事者への製品および疾患領域に関する情報提供活動

5. 製品戦略に基づいたアクティビティの実行

6. 地域、医師の環境に応じた社内連携のコーディネート

必要な条件Basic Qualification

スキル Skill

  • 病診連携や地域連携パスを通じてエリア全体をマネージメント出来る能力
  • 対人関係への対応能力、コミュニケーション力（周りを巻き込む能力）、交渉力
  • 営業戦略立案に必要な知識、大学・大病院攻略
  • 新しい状況・環境にも速やかに順応できる柔軟性と乗り越え回復することができるレジリエンス（弾性）
  • ガバナンスに対する意識が高く、患者さん目線でガバナンスを遵守できる

経験 Experience

  • 大学、大病院経験、循環器、糖尿病、CKD領域、

学位/資格/語学力 Education/certification/Language

  • MR資格

望ましい条件 Preferred Qualification
