Job Purpose:

  • Lead marketing for Adult product portfolio to create new businesses and enhance franchise value to the company.
  • Manage portfolio life cycle from strategic planning to tactical activities planning & implementation across key accounts and channels.
  • Lead marketing activities for critical launches over the next 3 years.
  • Manage product demand analysis and forecasting accuracy processes under the responsibility.
  • Management of marketing team, interaction with field teams and engagement of the key internal and external key stakeholders.
  • Collaborate closely with Commercial Channel directors and Marketing head to provide input into strategic direction.
  • Drive leadership and winning mindset across teams. Build GSK reputation with external stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Co-create brand strategy and integrated campaigns with global vaccines and regional teams.
  • Orchestrate all activities that have been implemented across channels and key accounts to ensure end to end brand management.
  • Ensure achievement of profitability targets for the brands by implementing marketing plans to drive uptake of the GSK adult portfolio with proper budget management across channels.
  • Manage forecasting process for defined portfolio or assets. Develop brand Long Range Forecast taking into considering market development opportunities.
  • Engage with EE and Key groups to ensure deep insight and respond to HCP needs.
  • Collaborate with local medical and field teams to support HCP advocacy programmes.
  • Be responsible to search business opportunities demonstrating growth mindset and vision of 1-3 years.
  • Feed Global and regional teams regarding HCP, competitor and market insights.
  • Robust understanding of local reimbursement and access structures. Close collaboration with medical and Market Access teams to ensure timely access to GSK medicines and vaccines.
  • In collaboration with Market Access and medical teams to develop clear differentiated brand access strategy and value proposition.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, pharmacy, medicine
  • Graduation in business and marketing related education
  • Post-graduation in commercial related areas is preferred.
  • Minimum 8-10 years’ experience in marketing/commercial  
  • Expert in understanding account needs and campaign development
  • Expert in strategic marketing competencies
  • Proficient in analytics and performance management
  • Capable of working across boundaries and functional areas
  • Good in communication skills
  • Competent in working in multicultural environment.
  • Highly resilient and agile
  • Have mid size people management capabilities

Other Job-Related Skills/Background:

  • Develop product plan (BP platform) seeking for market opportunities & implementing tactical activities;
  • Coordinate local approvals of promotional campaigns respecting monthly cycle deadlines and conduct activities in compliance with GSK internal Policies and specific country regulations;
  • P&L management to accomplish budget / financial plan.
