Are you ready to take the next step in your career and make a real impact in the healthcare industry? At GSK, we are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Key Account Manager (Rx) to drive strategic partnerships and ensure patient access to our innovative treatments.

Location: Nghe An.

Key responsibilities:

These responsibilities include some of the following:

  • Listing of GSK products and strictly follow hospital tender milestone and timeline to ensure tender dossiers submission on-time to the relevant authorities by third party.
  • Developing a strong working relationship with key stakeholders through understanding the customer need, developing strategic partnerships & solutions.
  • Understand the product listing process in the account & obtaining an in-depth understanding of the account’s unmet and evolving needs in the full fill demand or listing process.
  • Identifying Account Stakeholders and understanding their perspectives on GSK, our competitors and the healthcare environment related to product listing and full fill demand.
  • Completing a competitor analysis for the account
  • Understanding the internal Brand situation and needs relative to this account
  • Identifying short and long-term business opportunities & defining objectives for the account
  • Work in close collaboration with sales, marketing & relevant cross functional teams to ensure that the defined objectives for each customer are met
  • Adherence the company policy on protection and confidential information/ data
  • Report and support Regional Key Account Manager to achieve the Company’s objectives: accomplish and submit on time the scheduled as well as ad-hoc report related to team performance, customer feedback, market information, market survey, competitor other tasks are assigned by Regional Key Account Manager

Basic Qualifications:

We are looking for professionals with these required skills to achieve our goals:

  • Doctor or Pharmacist: required
  • 3+ years healthcare experience in sales: required
  • Currently working in a multi-national company: an added advantage
  • Management degree/diploma: an added advantage
  • Strong knowledge of tender law & customer/business strategy:  preferer
  • Understanding of local healthcare and reimbursement systems: preferred
