About the Role
We are looking to recruit a Patient Experience Liaison for our Haematology and Oncology team in Australia. This is a 24-month full-time contract role based in South Australia or Western Australia.
In this role, you will:
- Develop and maintain relationships with key institutions, healthcare organisations, and patient advocacy groups.
- Map patient care models and identify pain points to develop and implement solutions.
- Enhance treatment protocols and improve patient access and outcomes.
- Work closely with internal teams to ensure the patient voice and unmet needs are amplified.
- Engage with key external stakeholders to support management of patients with Multiple Myeloma.
About you?
To be successful in this role, you will need strong strategic thinking, project management, and interpersonal skills with 3+ years of relevant experience.
You will also:
- Hold a relevant degree and have preferably experience in haematology, oncology, ophthalmology, or optometry
- Be outcomes-driven with a customer and patient focus
- Have experience managing diverse stakeholders
- Thrive in dynamic and evolving environments
- (Optional) Have experience as a Medical Science Liaison, in a Specialist Sales role, or a similar position.
